Nicholas Bilas (Chair)
Healthcare executive with over two decades of healthcare experience, serving in ambulatory and inpatient settings, specializing in optimization and offering transformative leadership. A leader in operations, rev cycle and championing enterprise-wide projects.
Nicholas is a Past President for Healthcare Leaders of New York and was recipient of multiple awards including the ACHE Early Career Healthcare Executive Award and Distinguished Service Award.

Sam Lin, FACHE (VP)
Sam currently serves as Director of Health Network Strategy Executive at Oracle, following his role as Lead Health Network Strategy Executive. He is also an Adjunct Professor at Hofstra University and Suffolk County Community College, teaching Population Health Strategies and Management.
Sam is a Past President of HLNY and previously held various leadership positions from 2016-2022.

Andy Wuertele, FACHE (Secretary)
Andy is a seasoned healthcare executive with over 27 years of experience in medical imaging and healthcare management. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at East River Medical Imaging, PC.
Andy is a Past President of HLNY and is an experienced C-Suite leader with a proven track record in delivering high-quality, patient-centered healthcare. His expertise includes imaging services, medical devices, strategic planning, revenue cycle management, compliance, and health information technology.

Chris Favoloro (Treasurer)
Chris is a healthcare finance professional currently serving as Assistant Director at Hospital for Special Surgery. He previously spent over 9 years at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in progressively responsible financial roles.
Chris has also been actively involved with HLNY, where he served as Treasurer (2020-2021) and Finance Committee Chair (2018-2019).

Leonard Achan
A visionary leader who serves as President and CEO of LiveOnNY since November 2021, where he successfully transformed a struggling Organ Procurement Organization into a top performer with a 70% increase in organ donors.
Previously, he held executive roles at Hospital for Special Surgery as President of the Innovation Institute and Chief Innovation Officer. His career includes 16+ years at Mount Sinai Health System, where he progressed from Registered Nurse to multiple senior leadership positions including Chief Communications Officer and Chief of Access Services.

Arthur Gianelli, FACHE
Arthur Gianelli serves as Chief Transformation Officer for Mount Sinai Health System and President of Mount Sinai Morningside Hospital since 2014. He leads initiatives to improve patient experience, implement lean management, and advance equity initiatives.
Under his leadership, Mount Sinai Morningside achieved HIMSS 7 status and ranked 26th among Newsweek's World's Smartest Hospitals. Previously, he was President and CEO of NuHealth (2006-2014) and held executive roles in Nassau County government.

John Sganga
John Sganga is a seasoned healthcare executive with over 35 years of experience across multiple sectors of the industry. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Google X (Alphabet Inc.) since November 2020. Previously, John was SVP of Alternate Site Programs at Premier Inc. his most extensive role was as President and CEO of Innovatix & Essensa.
A 26-year resident of Edgemont, John also provides active community involvement, including service on the Board of White Plains Hospital.

Alyeah Ramjit
Alyeah currently serves as SVP of Cardiology, Orthopedics & Surgical Services at One Brooklyn Health, following her role as SVP of the Dept of Medicine.
Previously, Alyeah was Associate Director & Chief of Staff at Mount Sinai Health System, where she supported the Chief Transformation Officer and led initiatives in patient experience, process improvement, and strategic service line growth.
Alyeah has also served as Past President for HLNY, and is a Clinical Assistant Professor at Stony Brook University. She was recognized as a Notable in Health Care by Crain's New York Business.
