Eligibility Criteria: Eligibility is reserved for new or renewing ACHE members where HLNY is the assigned local chapter based on their primary mailing address.
Note on Chapter Assignment: Please be aware that opting into HLNY communications via the "My Chapter" link does not automatically make you a chapter member. Approval is contingent on HLNY being your assigned chapter with ACHE National.
Reimbursement Model: To ensure seamless processing and avoid registration delays with ACHE National, this fund operates on a reimbursement basis. Once you register/renew directly with ACHE, forward your proof of payment and apply here to receive a reimbursement for the full amount of your dues.
STEP 1: Complete ACHE Registration
Register with ACHE directly. Based on your primary mailing address, ACHE will assign you a local chapter. Once membership is active, navigate to “MyACHE” and then select “My Chapter” to confirm Healthcare Leaders of New York is your assigned chapter.
STEP 2: Apply Privately
Submit the confidential application on this page. Ensure to include receipt from ACHE showing dues have been paid. Name on the receipt must match the applicant and receipt must be current (within the last 30 days). The receipt must reflect your membership dues and show the full amount. Any additional personal donations will not be reimbursed. SEE INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 3: Verification
Our committee reviews requests as they come in to verify eligibility and need. A confirmation email will be sent to you within 15 days of your application to notify you if you have been approved.
STEP 4: Reimbursement
We remit a check reimbursement for your dues within 15 days. You will receive a confirmation email when your check is in the mail.
Note: The Foundation and/or HLNY does not approve or determine eligibility for ACHE membership types, as all final eligibility decisions are made solely by ACHE. ACHE may independently contact a university or academic program to verify enrollment for ACHE Student Membership applicants. Any questions regarding application approval should be directed to ACHE directly.
